“After lengthy deliberation and thought, and considering the tremendous talents of many others, I have decided that the person best suited to assume the position of Vice President of the United States is Senator JD Vance of the Great State of Ohio.”

Before entering politics, Vance established himself as a venture capitalist and authored the bestselling memoir “Hillbilly Elegy.” He transitioned from business to politics with a strong commitment to addressing the concerns of American workers and farmers. Trump emphasized Vance’s dedication to these groups, especially in key states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Minnesota.
One of the key factors in Trump‘s choice was Vance’s favorable stance on cryptocurrency. Vance has been a prominent advocate for clearer cryptocurrency regulations. In his most recent Senate financial disclosure, Vance did not report any new crypto purchases or sales. However, in 2022, he disclosed holding between $100,000 and $250,000 worth of Bitcoin.
