The first day of the convention is now over with a really important update as the ex-president introduced JD Vance as his running mate to compete for the Vice President post in the upcoming election.
This revelation came at the very last minute, as only a few months are left for the 2024 election, and the voters and competitors were waiting for the name.
Who Is JD Vance?
JD Vance, or James David Vance, is now the official presidential candidate for the US elections 2024, becoming the running mate with ex-president and Presidential Candidate Donald Trump. He is a 39-year-young Ohio Senator and is also known for his best-selling book covering experience he had in rural poverty.
He is a member of the Republic Party and will be the third-youngest vice-president if he wins the elections. However, this does not even cover half of his journey, as JD Vance has lived a diverse life. He has graduated from the prestigious Yale Law School and has served in the Marine Corps.

Why Did Trump Chose JD Vance As His Running Mate?
With a young man who has experienced poverty and has lived a blue-collar life, many believe it is to gain the support of other blue-collar and working-class voters. Additionally, JD Vance, despite his limited political experience, has made a name for himself in the field. He is also known to share similar views as the ex-president.
